FAQ

Before the delivery the courier will send an email or SMS indicating that the product is ready for delivery.

The courier will make a first delivery attempt, in case of absence the recipient will be noticed via SMS/email. The recipient may select the redelivery option using the link in the notice and selecting the address for the redelivery.

The second delivery attempt will be made automatically the day after the first attempt. In case of delivery failure for the second time, the parcel will be in storage for the next 7 days.

After this deadline, the order will be sent back to our warehouse and subsequently deleted.

All the orders are processed automatically and it is not possible to change the times of shipping or delivery.
