Italy Shipping times and costs

Express delivery free for purchase higher than € 19,90 tax incuded

For Sicily, Sardegna, Calabria, and minor islands the delivery might take an additional day.

NonSoloBudino ships with express delivery on the Italian territory; San Marino, Livigno, Campione d’Italia and Vatican City are not considered under the Italian territory.

The express deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during working hours, holidays excluded.
Before the delivery the courier will send an email or SMS indicating that the product is ready for delivery.
The courier will make a first delivery attempt, in case of absence the recipient will be noticed via SMS/email. The recipient may select, by 12am, the redelivery option using the link in the notice and selecting the address for the redelivery:

• Redelivery at same or different address
• Drop-off at the Post Office (only for deliveries of compatible weight and size)
• Punto Poste (only for deliveries of compatible weight and size)
• Punto Poste-Locker (only for deliveries of compatible weight and size)

The second delivery attempt will be made automatically the day after the first attempt. In case of delivery failure for the second time, the courier will leave a new notice with the details of the Post Office where the parcel will be in storage at for the next 7 days.
After this deadline, the order will be sent back to our warehouse and subsequently deleted.

We suggest you to indicate an address where there is always someone present for collection (e.g. a reception, your office or a neighbor you know is more frequently at home).
The couriers do not deliver at post office boxe

Order processing procedure:

the orders confirmed by 12 pm are processed the same day, while the orders confirmed after 12 pm are processed the next working day.
Working days go from Monday to Friday.

The orders that contain fresh produce will be sent in times to guarantee an optimal preservation, the shipping of such orders will be made from Monday to Thursday.
The orders received on Friday, days before holidays or holidays will be processed the first following working day.

You can follow the delivery with the tracking number received with the email of shipping confirmation.

Goods collection

At the time of delivery by the courier, we suggest you carefully check:

• that the number of parcels delivered corresponds to what indicated in the transport document anticipated via email;
• that the exterior state of the parcels does not show alterations or tampering: the package should be intact, undamaged and not wet;
• that the materials the parcels are closed with (adhesive tape or plastic strapping) have not been tampered or altered in any way.

Any exterior damage or mismatch of the number of parcels, must be immediately reported to the carrier making the delivery, adding the words “received unchecked” on the delivery note.
If this is the reason for return it must be indicated in the request to be sent at  assistenza@nonsolobudino.it.

Disadvantaged places

For some areas that the couriers classify as “Disadvantaged places”, an addition contribution towards shipping of € 5,00 is required, if necessary, it will be indicated at the time of check-out.
 

International shipping

The shipping costs for destinations other than Italy are calculated at the time of check-out once the destination country is chosen.

International shipping are made with traceable express courier and delivered within 4-7 business days (delivery times may vary depending on the destination). Shipping is made in business hours from Monday to Friday, holdays excluded.
Before the delivery the courier will send an email or SMS indicating the product is ready to be delievered.

The International shipping service is available for:

• Austria

• Belgium

• Germany

• France

• Spain
