I would like to make a layer cake with sponge cake and fill the final layers with your chocolate and vanilla puddings. I have always used your sweetened puddings, can I use them for this recipe as well?

The S.Martino sweetened puddings have a more creamy consistency, while the unsweetened ones are denser. We suggest you to use the latters to decorate cakes, since they are more suited for that type of preparation and won't melt.

In order to obtain a denser filling, you can boil the pudding a little longer.
